Home Repair ProgramHabitat for Humanity helps homeowners fix their homes at prices they can afford. They use licensed repair professionals and volunteers to do the work. Homeowners with low incomes may get repairs for free. The program helps with critical home repairs that families need. You can apply online by filling out a form, then having an interview, and submitting documents. They will contact you within 5-7 business days after you apply.

Deconstruction ProgramThis program helps take apart old buildings in a careful way to save materials that can be reused. The program is still being built and is not ready yet. Right now, you can contact them to learn more about when it will start. This helps the environment by keeping building materials out of landfills and gives people cheaper materials to build with.

Housing Repair and Support Programs for Veterans and SeniorsHabitat for Humanity of Montgomery County helps veterans and older adults fix their homes so they can stay safe and comfortable. They build new homes for veterans, repair homes for seniors who want to age in place, and organize community events to fix up whole neighborhoods. Veterans get 10% off at their ReStore. They also help connect people with other services they might need. Contact them to see if you qualify for help with home repairs or modifications.
