A special home buying program for first responders, veterans, and school workers in Montgomery County. This program helps heroes like police officers, firefighters, teachers, and military veterans buy affordable homes in safe neighborhoods. Unlike regular Habitat programs, you get your own loan and have fewer volunteer hour requirements. You must make less than certain income limits based on your family size and complete a home buyer class. Current homes are available in the Cedar Creek community in Conroe.
Who can use this
Currently employed or retired first-responders, military veterans, or school employees; household income not exceeding 120% AMI based on family size; able to obtain financing; must complete HUD-approved Homebuyer Education Course

Hours
Monday-Friday 8:30am-4:30pm, Saturday by appointment
