A tool that helps organizations measure how well their programs bring people together from different backgrounds. The framework uses surveys before and after events to track if people become less hostile toward other groups, more open to different ideas, and better at talking across differences. Organizations can use this data to improve their programs and show funders their impact. Over 24 organizations have used this tool, collecting over 3,000 surveys since 2022.
