Social Cohesion Impact Measurement FrameworkA tool that helps organizations measure how well their programs bring people together from different backgrounds. The framework uses surveys before and after events to track if people become less hostile toward other groups, more open to different ideas, and better at talking across differences. Organizations can use this data to improve their programs and show funders their impact. Over 24 organizations have used this tool, collecting over 3,000 surveys since 2022.

Normsy - AI Tool for Healthier Online ConversationsNormsy is an AI tool that helps make social media conversations less toxic and more respectful. It watches for mean or harmful posts on platforms like Twitter and responds with kind, thoughtful messages to help people talk better to each other. The tool uses AI and trained humans to write replies that show empathy, find common ground, and model good behavior online. Anyone can use Normsy's dashboard to create helpful responses to toxic posts with just a few clicks. The goal is to rebuild trust and make online spaces healthier for everyone by showing better ways to disagree and discuss important topics.
