The course has 6 parts with videos, reading, and writing activities. You can learn at your own speed and it takes most people 10-20 hours to finish. When you complete all 6 parts, you get a digital badge that shows you learned compassion skills. You can share this badge on social media or your resume. The course is available in English and Spanish.
