The Hilton Foundation helps young people aged 16-24 who face barriers to getting good jobs. They provide job skills training, education support, and help with things like childcare and transportation. This program serves young people who are Black, Indigenous, People of Color, women, LGBTQI+, young parents, and those in underserved communities. The program works in New Orleans, Los Angeles, Mexico City, and Mombasa, Kenya to help young people build careers and become financially independent.
