Ten Tables brings civil political discussion to your community. They set up 10 tables in public spaces where people can sit and talk about important topics like immigration, gun control, and economic issues. Trained volunteers help guide conversations so people listen to each other respectfully and find common ground. Each table has a different topic and conversation starters. The goal is to help people understand different viewpoints and have better political discussions. Organizations can request to host a Ten Tables event at their workplace, school, town hall, or community center.

Listening skills and conversation tools help people talk and understand each other, even when they disagree. Communities grow stronger when everyone learns to hear different points of view.
Most people want to be part of something. They just don't know where to start. That's not a motivation problem. It's a navigation problem.
