A 3.5-day intensive leadership program at the University of Minnesota for leaders from businesses, government, and nonprofits. Participants learn how to work together across different sectors to help their communities grow and succeed. The program includes real case studies, talks from experienced leaders, and research presentations. After the program, participants can work together on projects that help the public. Leaders go through a competitive selection process to join.
