This training program helps workplace leaders learn better communication and conflict resolution skills. It offers two different certificate programs - one for new leaders just starting out and another for experienced managers. The training teaches leaders how to handle tough workplace issues like politics, remote work, and diversity challenges. Leaders learn to turn these challenges into opportunities to build a positive workplace where people feel valued and productive. The program gives 8 credit hours for HR certification.
