Their training covers how to solve problems when people disagree, understand conflict, and bridge divides. They also offer consulting to design specific solutions for your organization's challenges. Services can be one-time training or ongoing support. They help foundations work better internally, strengthen relationships with donors and community members, and adapt to change while staying true to their mission.
