This training teaches people how to lead productive conversations about difficult topics like race, politics, and identity. You'll learn how to help groups talk respectfully even when they disagree. The training works for teachers, librarians, faith leaders, and community organizers. You can take it online or in person. After training, you get access to conversation guides and materials. Financial help is available if you need it. The training helps build understanding between different people and creates welcoming spaces for everyone.
