CD Consulting helps groups learn to talk and listen better to each other. They teach workshops on values, trust, mindfulness, and active listening. They offer a Compassion Contract to help teams make agreements about how to be kind to each other. They also host weekly online conversations called the Conversation Collective on Zoom. Their goal is to help people have better conversations and feel safer in groups.
