2Elementary Civics Curriculum for Grades 3-5Free civics education lessons for elementary teachers and homeschool families. The curriculum covers American history from colonial times through the Civil War. Each lesson includes worksheets, videos, games, and activities that teach about courage, justice, and citizenship. Teachers can create free accounts to save lessons and get answer keys. The materials use primary sources and are designed to be flexible for different classrooms.
Heroes and Villains Civic Education CurriculumA complete curriculum that teaches civic virtues through stories of historical figures. Teachers get 24 lesson plans about people like Benjamin Franklin, Benedict Arnold, and Clara Barton. Each lesson includes discussion guides, journal activities, and videos. Students learn about courage, responsibility, and other important character traits through engaging stories. The curriculum helps teachers build character education in their classrooms with ready-to-use materials and cross-curricular connections.
